We are working with a SaaS company who are in the market for a Senior/Lead Rubyist.

• Start ASAP
• 4-5 days per week in the London office
• 200 people in the company
• 6 people in the engineering team
• Your role will be split 75% hands on programming and 25% mentoring etc.
• Senior level Rails experience is required
• No prior management experience is required
• Stack is Ruby, Rails, Js, React, modern Rails
• Culture: Young startup
• Up to £110k basic + benefits
