• Start ASAP 
• You will oversee a team of 6-8 engineers 
• Provide support to more junior members of the team  
• You must have Senior Rails experience 
• Comfortable with TDD, SOLID Principles  
• You will lead on the technical decisions for the team  
• How much remote working will be decided on a case by case basis (UK only)  
• Up to £100k basic + benefits
